Looks like fun ... but very intense! A world away atmospherically from Port Macquarie accommodation. So much more pressure to fit in with everybody, and so much more money to be spent. Just like Tyler said, "Let's go spend some cash!". The food does look delicious and very inventive, in both the presentation and content though. The entire place looks inventive - love the idea of having fountain explosions rather than fireworks - different and gorgeous! Not sure it's worth the high roller dough it takes just to eat and sleep there, though :-)
